All projects are structured around defined milestones. Each begins with a comprehensive discovery phase and a detailed scope of work to ensure clarity and alignment between both parties. This planning process minimizes the risk of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Refunds & Cancellations

Post-Service Responsibility
Once services have been delivered, ongoing maintenance becomes the client’s responsibility. B2B Leads Premium is not liable for any issues resulting from changes made by the client or third parties. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
